A growing fitness trend is taking the web by storm. YogaVibes.com allows users to stream live yoga classes right from their living rooms. The service also offers pre-recorded videos with the option to point focus onto building up specific areas of your body.

“YogaVibes frees you to take yoga wherever you are, whenever you want so you can get whatever you need,” read the website. “No more worries about making it to class on time – you can stream online yoga at your desk, in your car, at home, in the airport…YogaVibes takes the stress out of finding time for your workout.”

The site comes at a price (20 bucks a month) but you get unlimited access to high quality videos filmed in real studios and many are finding it much more beneficial than a gym membership.

“I love this site,” Tamra Pedlar, a working mother of two. “After I put my girls to sleep, Yoga Vibes is something I do for myself, to take care of me. And it works! I’m totally building up my strength and balance.”
Drop down menus on the home page give you many options like choosing a class from one of their 30 instructors or selecting a certain muscle group to focus on. These range from chest openers, core work, standing poses, meditation, and even yoga for men. You’ll also see class names you’re probably already familiar with like sweaty core fusion and vinyasa flow.
